My family moved to Franklin 45 years ago, and I fell in love with the people and the things that make the greater Nashville area a fantastic place to live. As the founder of a leading national high value insurance appraisal company, I’ve meticulously inspected and appraised over $4.5 billion worth of luxury and historic homes across 36 states, building a deep understanding of luxury, historic, and one of a kind properties. My hands-on experience and extensive knowledge of construction sets me apart as your trusted advisor whether you’re building, buying, selling, or investing in middle Tennessee. I bring a strategic, informed approach that ensures your goals remain as the driving factors of every decision we make as we bring your dreams into reality.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me volunteering at Thistle Farms, or Habitat for Humanity, riding my road bike or motorcycle in Williamson County, tie-dying t-shirts, or cheering for my nieces and nephews at ALL the sporting events.

With an unparalleled passion for real estate and residential construction combined with a wealth of industry experience, Matt occupies a unique space among Tennessee real estate listing and buyers agents. After graduating from Franklin High in 1985, Matt’s career has included completing over $4,000,000,000 in luxury/historic construction valuations in over 30 US states, building a duplex from the ground up, completing all categories of home remodeling and passing the TN BC-A, b Residential/Small Commercial exam. The wisdom and experience garned over three decades positions Matt as trusted advisor, who helps clients navigate the complexities and pitfalls of buying, selling, and investing in real estate.
Matt’s journey in real estate and construction began early, fueled by a natural curiosity for architecture, design, and the dynamics of how things work and go together. “I loved building with Lincoln Logs as a kid and I always liked construction and making things. I just learned to scale up arts and crafts! Now I get to combine my love of homes, people and Middle Tennessee.
